T2 no longer a sought after spot

Curious if I’m the only one whom thinks this but T2 in CS&S is just going down hill, I keep hearing over and over the negativity and downright pompous attitude from managers whom teach it to their people. It starts at the director level and we see the managers are put into either an agree with us position or fearing retaliation. Professional level sees it and either can’t say anything to their manager or plays along to fly under the radar. Or even some treat front line like heck. Used to think I should apply to that group but they can be some of the most toxic folks ever, really makes me fear for the mental sanity they have there.

What area of CS&S isn’t toxic? But yes, it would be great if T2 would actually do their job and take calls.

Some of the T2 has great leaders, while other parts of T2 stinks. Stay as far away from Account Solutions as you can for career planning I’ve seen what you have described above in the director there. Instead I’d look into Partner Support the leaders there are awesome to work with

Can’t say I agree more, when is James going to get rid of the directors whom do this cr-p. It’s like a roller coaster of emotions due to the stress they put on T2 and I admit some folks act like they are better than others in T2 it’s just wrong

Negative, nasty, command and control attitudes spread. Starts at the top and rolls down. Absolutely toxic.
