Why did they let her buy Anadarko. It was way too expensive. They could have waited and bought a few smaller companies like crow rock and would have been able to manage debt properly. WB really messed us up.
Ensures no takeover by taking on excessive debt. Not sure what the investment rationale for buying Oxy stock is, and its the most levered stock in its peer group.
