Elon Musk’s reality is not your or my reality. It makes all the sense in the world to him and the easiest thing in the world for him to say “just fire everyone, they can reinvent themselves” . When you’re a mega million\billionaire, easy peezy, the reality though is that the majority of us are not.

After all you can just go to school to learn AI large language model over the weekend and abracadabra, you’ve got a job on Monday, that’s how it all works. ( sarcasm )

Most people are not as wealthy as Elon with an unlimited amount of resources (maids, butlers, cooks, personal assistants, lawyers etc…) and money to just make all the noise (bills, tasks, planning, coordinations, problems) just go away. Also, most people are not of the genius level intelligence as Elon either. He’s rich, he’s brilliant, there’s no doubting that.

Does that really make a difference compared to the “common man”?
Absolutely. Money, while it can’t buy happiness, can certainly remove a lot of obstacles that can keep you from being happy. Without the huge $ cushion, you are challenged with keeping the lights on, the children fed and the bills paid. There is no time to re-invent yourself via going back to school.

Also, I’m sure Elon can pick up any book and have it memorized and maybe even re-write it to make it better. He’s that smart. How good for him to be that intelligent whereas again, most people are not that brilliant.

HIS reality is far different than ours. What he sees as a small change, we see as an impossible obstacle. He just lives in a different world than we do.

first off, he’s really really smart. He’s a genius in my opinion. He just does not live in the same world we do.

Tesla share is still and only a speculation share not more not less.
And that won´t change...amazing is only that the stock is still so high for a brand/product what nobody would anymore buy as long current CEO will still ear something from.
