The updated packages as of WW16 consists of an all expense-paid 30 day first class accommodations vacation in Maui, a Fry's Electronics coupon for 15% off any Intel PC, 3 months Cobra, 4 Wilson Evolution basketballs and a pair of red size 12 Chuck Taylors, 9 tubes of L’Oreal Blue & Tan Lipstick, 14 Atari E.T. game cartridges although they're a little sandy, two nonfunctioning Mica bracelets, a $500 gift card to Circuit City, a Caterpillar sippy cup for your baby, four cans of Campbell’s Potato and Leek soup, a pair of sheer leopard crew socks from Forever 21, two back issues of PC Magazine from 1997, one banana, 100,000 miles points at Eastern Airlines, two empty Blockbuster Video VHS cases, and three LM741 op amps from Radio Shack.

Looks like there will be few or any packages.
Maybe for those who are cut in the effort to flatten the org, but otherwise this looks like a performance-based effort.
That also means they don't have to say what they are doing, so no WARN or PR.
That is how the megacap tech companies have been acting more recently, classifying all cuts as low performers.
Those cut may not even get unemployment if terminated for being a low performer, or especially if they get cut for violating company policy (hybrid that never goes to office, spending all day on this website, etc).
