Time for Cesar to be shown the door, proven to be ineffective, not move the needle or show his value for how much he costs the company. Too many NetApp senior leaders blame everyone working their A$$es off and don't fall on the sword and leave for the betterment of the company. We've gone from $5.4B in 2019 to $6.3B in 2024...there is no way we will hit $10B by 2027/2028.
