Rumor mill has it that GSSO and GVSE will be severely targeted. Segmentation of SASE and SAAS product split is not only not working but very convoluted and siloed it’s not very One Cisco.
EC made disastrous decisions that SS and TC have continued.
SS only knows how to performance manage so he can blame others. He does not have the ability to lead a global organization.
TS is completely clueless. He believes that an SE can go deep on every security solution. We continue to lose top SEs due to burnout. TS created the incubation group and that is a complete joke. Those incubation teams only focus on one solution and say no most of the time. They always refer me back to my SE. Once again, my SE cannot go deep on every security solution. The incubation org needs to be LRd.
Chuck has been very clear that Jeetu has delivered security solutions but GSSO is not executing. Chuck is losing patience with GSSO. Expect a significant change in GSSO by Chuck.
you arent saying anything new. those stupid ex-pan leadership was inept at pan and thats why they were kicked out en masse. now they go to cisco and repeat the same nonsense. only a matter of time before things crumble under the pressure of do everything.
meanwhile pan and fortinet make strides and steal cisco talent. not to mention the business they are taking away from cisco.
