Now if you could get Vanguard and Blackrock to vote the same way, you may have a fighting chance. Voting your 12 shares is not going to do a thing

Remember to vote in the stockholder meeting. More people need to vote no on executive compensation, and yes to removing golden parachutes for anything to happen.

Meanwhile Dave W is taking a jab at Sir. He just praised Boston Sci for a clear strategy and culture, resulting in record Q1.

Is he coming back?

How to stay motivated? Just last week the leadership on my team explained how we can turn every crisis into an opportunity. And then there's the good old "Mood Elevator." Just wish yourself into happiness. But seriously, good luck to all. I thoroughly expect we're headed for at least 15% unemployment.

Did anyone read the news about new VP who is gung ho on AI and feels running revenue cycle with robots is the only way forward. Hired and started yesterday for Optum. Get your popcorn.

I can choose not to spend money on sports so I am not supporting the athletes' exorbitant salaries. However, in America insurance is a necessity. See the difference?

The 12% raise was in 2024. Regardless… no corporate exec is worth $26 million!

This is unacceptable, while employees that make him succeed only get 1%.

Bi--h about a corporate guy making bank but then again will shell out big bucks most likely to pay a hood rat to throw a ball in a hoop or run down the field with one making bank.

Yeah, work your a-s off to get a 4 or 5 and get 1.5%. Or do the bare minimum, get a 3 and get 1%. I don’t know how they expect employees to stay motivated in the US but maybe that’s the idea.

UnitedHealth CEO's pay jumps 12% to $26.3M as company revenue hits record $400B. How is he ever going to make it on only 26 million?
