Thread regarding Occidental Petroleum Corp. layoffs

DEI VH hiding from CNBC

VH only shows up on TV to brag when oil prices are high, acting like it’s all her doing. But when prices drop? She’s nowhere to be found. Meanwhile, other CEOs are consistent, leading through all market conditions. That says a lot, doesn’t it?

Don’t most people believe that anyone that has a different opinion from them is wrong? Do you believe that people that have a different opinion from you are wrong? Sounds like you believe that anyone that doesn’t share your opinion must be HR. That’s my opinion. Is it simply wrong? Just trying to determine if you are HR or not.

HR for Oxy is what MSNBC and CNN were for Biden\Harris. An incredible uphill battle to try and change the narrative or create the perception that everything is not only going great, but that there are no wrong decisions made by management and anyone with a difference of opinion are simply wrong.

I think it’s a great department for women to work.

Dude the Vicki "hate" is really uncalled for. If you don't like OXY, or the way Vicki "leads", then go work somewhere else. That says a lot, doesn’t it?
