I have received 3 benefits related letters from F&G Life Insurance lately. Does anyone know if this can be related to Dell employment, or is it likely some phishing or scam?

Barnum Financial Group was who contacted me about life insurance after being laid off. I was initially told they didn't care about health issues from a decade ago. That's not true, they asked for more and more information, till there was data that couldn't be provided. I discussed this never ending request with my doctor. He confirmed my suspicion, they didn't need the latest request and the end game is to keep asking till you give up or can't provide. Another Dell scam.
When in doubt, contact HR. They have a whole dept that deals with companies and people trying to defraud employees in the name of Dell. Probably because if there’s any defrauding going on it’s HRs job and they don’t ant people.
It's Fidelity & Guaranty Life. If you are a former employee, they're probably looking to convert your 401k.
OP: Nope, not Dell related.
