Agree with the other post. Ever since I got here, this is the easiest place to stay under the radar and cruise with amazing comp. Fattening up my account. This train will never stop because Google has deep pockets.
Since I have been to here the past 7 years, this is the easiest company to stay, hide, not work hard and never have to worry about job stability. There are so many teams that you can just move to and hide to relax. There is no visibility. Just be nice, self-promote, speak to whatever management wants to hear and you'll never get on the layoff list. Five promotions in seven years proves that the method works.
The lemming and the bootlicker are the preferred candidate. Those with a backbone or dignity can expect removal.
just need to be in sales, can't outsource sales.
Pretend you are an id--t and keep following the nonsensical guidance from leadership. You also have be a very good brown nose and be part of the circle of friends that are level >=7.
