It’s clear we’re heading downhill onshore. I’ve more or less come to terms with the high likelihood that I’ll be out of a job soon. If only the job market weren’t this rough.

Make sure you leverage your connections that have already left BB. That's the best way to get a job in this market.
ELT needs to be held accountable. They are absolutely sinking this company and they get to keep their jobs. Absolute garbage decisions that I have no clue how they are able to stay in their role. But hey lay off everyone. Squeeze the rest so freaking thin. I have applied to many jobs this past week. I cannot wait to get out. fantasizing about it. To think I was proud to work for BB at one time.
I applied to a number of jobs this weekend, and will continue to look for more. I’m doing my damndest to get out of here before they do it for me. Several of the people I know on the RIF list have been here a long time. Over 15 years, and out with just 2 months severance. I hope you all land on your feet somewhere else before this ELT puts you on your a-s.
