One round might be over, but quiet layoffs have been happening all along. I don’t see any clear path to improvement, and I’m not expecting stellar performance this year. That usually means more cuts. Quiet layoffs are a convenient way to trim the workforce with minimal noise, and a very effective way to keep everyone on edge.

They are playing games like not assigning work to make people nervous to quit or make mistakes. Also ignoring people.
Helix is what? A 700 million $$ turnover company now? Not much $$$ left for innovation tbh. All I see is decline. If they do t get taken over. 2 years max
