It didn’t matter if you were a veteran who made meaningful contributions or a highly specialized top performer. When it comes to cutting costs, we’re all just numbers. And the leadership’s mindset? Entirely short-term.

These pathological liars claimed they laid off people to restructure for the future. Now, they are hiring temps left and right to keep up with the workloads. They don’t give a flying you know what about people. They have no plan! All this restructuring talk is kabuki theatre.
Then my advice, assuming those who are over 50, get a good lawyer and she the sc-mbags for age discrimination.
