Any thoughts on what will happen if Eliot doesn’t pick up any board seats? Will they continue to buy more stock and continue their fight or sell what they have and move on to the next opportunity?

No way Elliott backs out. They lost like 500 million dollars because of market uncertainty. These guys will stick around if only just to recoup their money
I am concerned that they will continue to try and drive the stock price down so they can buy more at a discounted price. Then continue to try and press their agenda.
My only hope is that they are so invested in delivering short term results to their stockholders that they will not be interested in a long term proxy fight.
My preference is that they don't destroy P66 in the short term AND thatvour ELT will take this as a wake up call that they NEED employee/shareholders.
They will stay the course. They don’t stop with just one contested proxy. They will be here for years to come.
Who cares, Phillips 66 as a company is in trouble. Underperforming, undesirable brand.
Looking back... Reported fourth-quarter earnings of $8 million... LOOOOOOOL!!!!
