partners - wipro and cap gemini are a absolutely a part of the strategy to handle case load while we lose Head counts. we asked during a recent town hall about having more work piled on us and when AI was going to deliver and if they would just crush our souls till it did. moving lower level defined work to partners was the answer. They said this type of work would be candidates to be handled by AI first so it made sense.
