Is the severance package still the same as it was a year ago, or have there been any changes? Does anyone know where I can look it up?

It's been shrinking over time so I wouldn't be surprised.
Depends on location, level and many other factors. I don't think discretionary package is the same in case of mass publicly followed layoffs and the ones with no public eye directed at the process. I don't believe one can find accurate number applicable for every situation.
