Wait, if you read the board here. Apparently, we don't like us either. Just who is the mythical group that is vying to woo Shell and ex-shell folks? Ask folks who have moved to other companies and the statement of the hired is that " you're not as bad as Shell's reputation" Gold plate everything, Overpay for everything, undercharge when you divest, over discuss everything until it is too late, do work that isn't needed, demand work that isn't needed, claim you know more than everybody "if only people would just listen", try to move on to the next job before your mistakes are found, blame everyone else, Flip flop on your statements, spend more time planning work than working only to redo it twice, primadonna attitude, silo'd working,

Just what is the reputation that you think Shell folks have?
