Hi-I am just trying to get a good read. Blake seems legit. I met Tessa-she is charming. Bob's seems like the shizzle. I think this company will "pop" soon now that the old id--ts are gone. Please help me confirm

- making the assumption anyone who has something negative to say about RA is an "ex" employee. Maybe they have shared displeasure with the employee engagement survey? But because we get such great follow up on that besides a short review usually in an all employee meeting the qtr immediately after its compiled, its dust in the wind after that.
- assuming everyone who has a negative opinion is a "loser" - I hope you aren't in any management role with RA carrying that attitude. Pretty sure you just painting a picture here with the image people cannot express displeasure... Which they can and should. With comments/post titles like this only symbolizes "take a seat and do as your told" which is NOT how RA used to be...
