After the last round of cuts, they basically stopped hiring. Now we’re supposed to do the work of two or three people like it’s no big deal. I get paid for one job. That’s all I should be doing.

If you’re tired of it, look elsewhere. The expectations have increased and it’s not going to get easier. Hear me when I say it’s the same everywhere, a reflection of what is going on in the world.
When times get tough, the first place cut is payroll. When payroll is reduced, your workload increases.
Is it fair or what we want to hear? Nope.
What are our options?
Deal with it or go somewhere else.
Simple.
Same in stores. Not sure how we are to provide “hospitality” like service if we are bogged down doing 3 jobs.
