Just got this word from my source close to the AVP group is that they have a “list” that is not official but of former employees that quote “would have to blow their socks off to return”. If someone has more insight please post. Plenty of top paid talented leaders/sellers being unofficially blacklisted. Expose them for the illegal acts of going against HR.

I can confirm talented leaders and sellers being blackballed when trying to return. Sad but true. More political than the government. Talent and experience doesn’t outweigh the bogus politics

Yep. It’s true. I’m under S and she told me the list of a few names. Normally I wouldn’t pay no mind but this doesn’t feel right. Some of the people I’ve interviewed are top people. Something is wrong with this place.
They are digging back far in the trenches bringing some not so greats back already. Funny the ones that come back. Sad they couldn’t find something better elsewhere. Embarrassing. If you got out or forced out. Find something else somewhere else. You will be more appreciated. Guaranteed.
The truth of the matter is that many former employees would not return to Staples. It is a very toxic culture and there are better companies and opportunities out there to go back.
