Yesterday the CEO decided to have a fireside chat; this was an epic fail! Instead of reassuring people, he made them feel even more insecure. He topped it all off by talking about cuss cutting measures, but then said the president's Club meeting would still move forward, which is a complete waste of time and money and should be reported to his waste tattletale hotline. He said that it would have been canceled but it was too late. Funny it wasn't too late to lay people off

he canceled the Christmas party and company picnic as well.
There were some good insights on this board in the days leading up to the layoffs, but now it is just bitter people griping.
