QComm employees are notorious for hiring their children as interns (likely in their friend's department to avoid conflict of interest) and a return offer as a full time employee upon graduation. They openly brag about it. Nepotism at its finest.

If you work hard in a curry team, all your credits will be taken and you will be out. This is nature of curry and why all companies with curry go down eventually, refer to Intel. Don’t work for curry, don’t teach them.

MST. Most directors have side businesses with kickbacks to themselves. Hired nieces/nephews as consultants.. there was even a complaint to HR few years back but nothing came of it.

When I complained to an Indian boss about an Indian colleague being unproductive for one whole year, nothing changed. Everyone in the team kept silent because they knew the boss wouldn’t do anything about it. When I volunteered to take up his work, I was told to mind my own business. Also, my boss intentionally cut down my contributions during TR so that it would appear everyone contributed equally. This is so unfair. The whole team in NJ was laid off.

Lots of nepotism in QCT PETE. Only non technical people get promotions. Once you are there you can promote your wife too.

Q has a vertical structure that can be easily corrupted by group leaders. The most successful companies go with horizontal structures so that leaders can oversee the problem in one angle. Q has the older structure, but no one wants to change since all leaders can operate their org for their own benefits.

Rampant nepotism, it may not be corrupt, but it is morally offensive. They take great glee in covering up.

All in Executive Suite. They only care about their skin and making a buck off of our backs.
