Who did they hire
100% - they hired someone to help sort who to cut. They don’t look at skill, loyalty, ethics or tenure. It’s a “death by org chart” approach.

Numbers down here too. Seems we have too many Recruiters, not enough jobs to work.
Do you have any insight on how many people and from where and timing? Anyone to help prepare. I’m personally worried in general as our numbers have been the same down a bit the last month but we just had a huge cut too.
