Thread regarding UnitedHealth Group Inc. layoffs

100x strikes again!

100x in speed of layoffs, 100x in stock price crash, 100x in all time low employee moral, failed leadership, employee burnout, you name it. Leadership including CEO & CIO need to go. Lastly, don't forget to fill out your employee survey... they valued your input.

How did 100x survive the many recent ELT cuts across IT and now legal (AKA terminations for cause disguised as “retirements”?). The board apparently ordered Sir AW or maybe the shadow (real) CEO SH to finally drop a handful or more of the deadweights in ELT that have caused more harm than good, some for decades apparently. Sad that some celebrate these actions as their voluntary “retirement.” We all know the playbook! They were asked to leave. Finally! Let’s see more housecleaning of deadweight from the top and leave us worker-bees alone!

Providers, Facilities, and organizations are going to pull out in the masses before enrollment comes around

I understand how chaotic things were before, especially on social media and the news. It can be quite overwhelming. Now that things seem quieter, it really makes you pause and reflect, doesn’t it?

It’ll be interesting to see how things unfold in the future. When this first came out, it was everywhere on social media, but now it seems quieter. Let’s wait and see what happens next!

They'd certainly get more bank for their bucks by firing the higher ups, instead of all the people that actually do the work.

They never even mentioned the employee survey results because they don't care. Not even sure why they send them out. Lay offs need to start at the top they are the problem.
