I’m going to start selling New York City subway rats with shares of Intel stock nestled snuggly between the cheeks of their buxom posteriors. In other words, I don’t give a rats a$$ about Intel stock because I sell it as soon as I get it and always have.
Why do you need to buy at $18 when you can buy same thing at $9 (50% off) just a few month later ?
The rumor of TSMC helping is now dead so the stock is back to 18s along with the market decline. Why would a competitor give life vests to people on a sinking ship? This is not a humanitarian effort.
