Not sure who is "looking" at May 1st and 2nd, but you're probably blind.
I walked past Jim in the glass house the other day and when I said "Hi", he said "Oy". Back.
I think they're moving HQ to Brazil.
Sending Ford positions to Brazll, Mexico, India ... along with hiring H1B's.
Ford not an American company anymore. USMCA
Better for WHO?
Google mantra used to be “don’t be evil”.
Now, googles mantra is “do the right thing”.
RIGHT THING for WHO?
Also, WHO are YOU quoting?
Also shoutout Ally financial bank— I am not making a dig at them for their slogan.
@ct+1js337b1n Yes my queen
Dubious data I love you
We are solving a problem one step at a time. Proud moment
@ce+1js337b1n, using quotes and the word statistics doesn’t make your statement true. Specifically for white collar workers, layoffs rarely incite violence with individuals, and if so, the day of the week is irrelevant. The risk with salaried layoffs conducted late in the week is that there is too much ambiguity on how deep it is going, if you lay off someone people on Friday and don’t get to communicate to the rest of the team the reasons why and confirm they are safe, there is an increased risk they will spend the weekend searching elsewhere. It’s so much easier with unions, bottom 100 people are gone and they know who they are. One announcement, not dozens of secret 15 minute meetings trying to beat the rumours.
Work at a supplier for Ford, really hoping this one guy we work with finally gets fired.

Yep, at GM, when you’re a senior engineer going for an EGM/EGL role, the manager training they have you do specifies that the Friday layoffs/firings are intentional, and why. The cynical view is give you time to drink away your sadness over the weekend, or in the case of not fired, but Progress improvement planned, by Monday, you’re ready to work again. If they do your news on a Monday, you’ll be unhappy all week or start sabotaging, so Friday gives you time to cool off and be your joyful obedient self come Monday. Though, with WFH days on MF, next most possible day I’ve seen for layoffs after Friday, was Monday, because you’re not in the office, and it avoids concerns of people being emotionally unstable while driving.
"We find it's always better to fire people on a Friday. Studies have statistically shown that there's less chance of an incident if you do it at the end of the week."
I also expect a major restructuring at the top, watch for Model e leadership to take a larger role at the corporate level.
Here is some education for trolls, white collar layoffs do not occur on Fridays, so don’t put a Friday date in your post. A layoff at the end of a week has too many risks so they are often planned only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, although larger rifs can start on Mondays. Union or contracts layoffs can be any time but they usually are on a Friday or pay period end date but that has more to do with how there tasks are typically assigned,
So unfortunate if this is true but the signs are there with private meetings more frequently.
So, who is RESPONSIBLE for the continuing Ford failures after the so-called troublemakers (shakers, movers and non-conformists to company politics) leave by either choice or force? Hint. It is not the ones that are no longer at Ford!
I’ve been praying on this 🙏
Less competition and more openings!!! Been praying on some peoples’ downfalls and it’s finally here #grateful
No....no we're not.

LL6s too.
It's about time.
We're all failing the vision of our fearless leader and all of his minions.
The failings of this company fall directly on the GSRs.
Why do you people hate our executives so much? We know it couldn't possibly be their direction that is the problem right?
