Does anyone know if contractors are also going to be laid off ?
Layoffs are happening very soon. New hires don’t mean anything.
What makes everyone think that there will be layoffs? There are new hires starting nearly weekly. Budgets for capex are getting approved. Attrition is still a factor.
Big layoffs will be after thrive.
A layoff should be the least of your worries. Companies are terminating employees and providing no severance. At will: at your own risk is more like it.
