Stable job, great pay with huge bonus, reasonable hours. My colleagues and I wear a polo shirt with the Citi logo on it and take a group photo in the lobby every week. The worse day of the week is Friday because we have to wait two days until Monday.

As an IT consultant working for many customers in BFSI, mostly banks, I can definitely conclude that Citi bank is the worst bank and probably in the worst top 10 companies in the world.
Politics everywhere, they disrespect their own employees, contractors and vendors. Their systems are incredibly outdated and duplicated. The organization is a disaster and is terrible that the government save this corrupt organization from going bankrupt.
Citi is worse than AIDS and COVID combine.
It’s too much politics in mid level management, specifically those C14 and C15 doing their own bidding to keep them safe and their boot lickers.

I should move into citi so I am always available 24/8. Break my lease and tell of my landlord I’m moving in with my one true love. I can sleep in the lobby and shower in the bathroom sinks ready to work anytime with any overseas team.
I sleep everyday in Citi headquarters that I love it so much. I have not seen my kids because I don’t want to miss a single minute of our nice headquarter. #gociti I wear my Citi gear all the time!

I too experience the same exact thing. Sort of annoying actually having my manager always reaching out to me to make sure my mental health and well being are not jeopardized.
Citi cares about my mental an physical health. I can even talk to my boss when I’m close to burn out so they can make sure I stay productive
Citi is the best most fair company ever. I’ve never seen a company that cares more about their employees than Citi. Management constantly demands that their employees work reasonable hours, that mental and physical health is more important than profit. Management is constantly telling employees to not ‘do more with less’. They never hold employees accountable for results if the proper tools are not in place for their work.
Good but not enough.
I have tattoed a Citi logo on my b#tt, as symbol of fidelity, and as a reminder of who is the owner of that part of my body everytime I go to the restrooms.
