What is going on with the products team in Houston? The VP is tightening the sc--ws doing time checks for all salaried employees at the end of the day like they're hourly employees that clock in and clock out. What is driving this? They're trying to set this precedence with crude.

Our salary people at robinson refuse to work more than 40. I’m fine with them checking their time. If they want treated like hourly people when it comes to OT then check their times.
