The constant cuts and the never-ending chance of being laid off have completely drained my motivation. Even if I don't get let go now, it still feels like it's only a matter of time. Meanwhile, I’m expected to keep up maximum effort. Seriously? It’s frustrating, and I regret ever joining this company.

No hope with this company. So much people want to do as less as possible.
Job market is awful now. Hence a lot of people stuck. Do as little as possible and ignore the impish behavior of management.

You are not stuck. Getting out though takes a lot of effort. It will be worth it in the end.
Look in other states.
Stop being a baby and get back to work.
