Things in the WFR area will stabilize by next March. Re-orgs are going to continue as we combine teams and increase the number of staff each manager will need to have.

Why do people ask? Layoffs can happen any day. I still see people in my own building being laid off. One this week. Dons't matter the month or week. A layoff will happen to anyone on any day.
