4/29 is a Tuesday....
To the person that just posted 4/29 is the new date, I am not criticizing, but just curious as to what level you are, as my boss's boss, a SR Director in Optum Tech says he has not heard anything about layoffs. I am a SR manager. Just trying to find out how valid the dates are. I have people that want to "retire" and are waiting to get laid off and a severance vs, putting in their notice and getting nothing. Timing is everything. Thanks
I heard 4/29 was the new notification date
Layoffs are usually the Thursday of the last week of the pay period at the end of the month. Knowing the date doesn’t mean you know the department. I’ve heard business under Christy Ross will be impacted but that’s a lot of areas.
Ive heard BH UM and CM are going to take some hits on Thursday with a reorg.
Making LM call UHC M&R patients outside our market to tell them LM is no longer coming. Those calls are painful and should have been done by letters not by RNs. Having us call outside our own market and other markets calling our market. Sh**show

If anyone knows anything about the UEs or Urgentivists can you pleas say. Any hunches or theories?
Where are they placing the UE’s and urgentivists?

This month's round was moved from 24th to the following week. No one is off the hook yet.
