Hours needed to get credit for being in office?

I just noticed that i didn't get credit for being in the office a couple of days over that last few weeks, but I come in everyday. Does anyone know how many hours you need to be in the office to get credit?

"My manager said that he is not monitoring the tool to see how many days we are in the office. "

If you look at the Google Street View of the Round Rock facility all the car parks are completely empty.

My manager said that he is not monitoring the tool to see how many days we are in the office. However, he said that he cannot promise that HR would not use it in the future to justify letting people go. If you are fired for not following corporate policy (not coming into the office), you don't get severance.

They got rid of the tracking tool that told them hours in office based on network, high overhead. They're only tracking badge in so if yours didn't work, the badge reader is broken. I go in 15 mins to two hours a day, everyone I work with is offshore so I don't know anyone here. I heard others being talked to this week because their average in office was less than 4 days. Im in RR

Do you have to badge in to the bathroom too? Do they count the number of flushes or the amount of TP each employee uses? I heard they don't even clean the bathrooms anymore. I'm sure the ELT has their chrome toilet seats polished every day though.

@aq+1js23dpb4 Yes they are counting. You can see your # of days in office each week in Workday.

They are not counting right now. Not everyone has a seat. After they WFR the 28,000 we will prob go back to hybrid.

I work 6 hours a day onsite because I care for my father . So far all my badge swipes have counted. FAQs say there’s no mandatory onsite time and to work with your manager .

There is no time limit on site, if days are missing then your swipe didn't work for some reason
