With dropping stocks and tariffs Pulte will undoubtedly have heavy cuts this quarter. As they have done in the past Pulte will layoff workers for quarter to appease shareholders.

I use to work for the West Florida Division under the Division President, Sean S. I remember when the leadership team was pushing this weird red hat MAGA looking make a subdivision name great again. They even posted pictures via email treads/reply all to the division. Kelly B. the VP of sales and all these brain washed tards we're all verbally advertising the MAGA brand swag. There is no place for politics and religion in the work space.
Use to work for Pulte for 20 years. Over worked with unreal expectations. Leadership is horrible and during the pandemic Pulte had layoff and the majority of people that got the ax was minorities. To a point where the CEO had to send an apology email and created a "DEI" task force, we knew it was a pointless group to create to appease those this working for Pulte; what a joke Pulte is. I can tell you I've survived layoff after layoffs when the housing market gets soft. It never gets easier and they just increase your work load. It's really a horrible industry, as housing is always cyclical and will continue to do so. Left Pulte for greener pastures and I'm so glad I did.
