Got the news LM in NJ is done last week and employees will be “reassigned”. No news regarding reassignments no update on anything. Warn act still filed for NJ for 4/24. Are we sitting ducks until next week? Anyone have intel if they’re just waiting to lay us off?

Yes all of us at Landmark just sit in limbo until 4/24. You do not have to accept a reassignment! If they try and tell you to accept the job talk to HR! And yes ending services for 33,000 of the sickest patients nationwide is unacceptable.
So they buy Landmark only to extract $ and then close it ... because managing high risk pts is too expensive despite billions of profit . They don't want to manage chronic conditions . This is why UHC is a scam of epic proportions . Kinda like the mob playbook .
