Makes no sense to me either. Stock has underperformed for 5 years, number six bank by asset size at merger, number eight now with less assets than at merger. Revolving door for employees and executives. I’m sure missing something. Rogers is the best salesman in the banking world obviously.
I find it fascinating how contrary these “ok” results are to my eye-test. Everything I see points to a struggling bank. Appalling client satisfaction ratings and high client attrition, and the continual loss of high-level producers / rampant employee apathy.
For a “large” bank it is strange how little I even hear of Truist in the community - way less than the two predecessor banks and even less than other much smaller banks. And when I do hear someone mention Truist, it is always a complaint relating to how “Truist messed up again”.
I am obviously missing something.
Beau was let go….that alone made the bank profitable
They don’t that’s why they plant the articles to keep th clicks up
“ Other than that it would be just the IT guys complaining about random stuff that the average employee could care less about”
If they could care less why don’t they?
Diversity is our strength.
I’m convinced that when the board gets slow someone adds the pension, unsubstantiated mass layoff coming or something to do with earnings it drives the clicks
Other than that it would be just the IT guys complaining about random stuff that the average employee could care less about
You think any awards will be given for creative accounting?
We continue to deliver on the plan, blah blah blah.Delivering on shi**ty plan wow. Investment bank my a-s!
This post makes my brain hurt. If it wasn’t early in the morning I would just assume someone had been hitting the sauce too hard.
