It has been interesting to see how expats from India to the US do not want to return to India after their assignment ends. So many quitting to go to grad school or try find another job in the US. If the best and brightest from BTC are being sent to US for training then return to India then to be future leaders in India so HC10 expats to India can be fired it seems like the attrition is a problem.

I'm sure someone told you before, but you should not take everything the Donald tells you as a fact...
You can only go from work Visa to green card if your employer supports you; which EM rarely does, exactly for the reasons mentioned in this thread. Yes, there are always examples of people that were able to get a green card based on their very exceptional capabilities. Those are the exceptions though
An EM employee from BTC can earn a higher salary working at a US gas station than being an engineer in Bangalore.
This motivates impats to quit at the end of their assignment and stay in USA.
@hb+1js0wscmyv Yes, eliminate diversity. Everyone and everything in America should be beige.
Move to America but don't turn it into the place you came from. Assimilate. That includes religion.
Another bunch of racists in their echo chamber. Pipe down and accept that this highly skilled labor deserves to remain here. Heck, they are better than 90% of you lot.
America remains a great place to live. Can't blame folks for wanting to live there.
@cb+1js0wscmyv Plenty of people do. This is one problem with America, you have no idea about outside of your country. Admittedly your problems are far worse, but still no different from the rest of the West.
Hopefully Donald resolves the issue.
I can't hang out in Angola or the Netherlands after my employer's work visa expires. Why should the US be any different?
Not having to sh!t in the street has it’s benefits it seems.
