Oooodit end game is to play some cricket with his cronies, collect his high salary, make Waters more woke.

Putting on my tin foil hat for this. His endgame is to employ enough indian people to take over the company from the inside. he has already outsourced almost the ENTIRE IT department to GCC (not even waters employees, they're contractors). By doing this, our entire IT team (minus managers and some on shore people) is now run by a separate company (InfoSys). All IT training and knowledge that used to be owned by Waters US is now owned by InfoSys India. This is not speculation, this is a fact.
Since Ooohdit and his cronies have sold that knowledge and those jobs to InfoSys, it will be exceptionally difficult to get them back. I suspect long term this will happen to other departments, possibly manufacturing next.
Sell off the MS part ?? so the bank balance looks better for a bit and ride off in to the sunset to cause mayhem elsewhere, gaslighting the public look how Ive improved it
Not worth buying.has nothing the big players are already doing much better.
Sell waters to a bigger player is my guess.
