…Altera Was “Driven to the Ground”

Jim Cramer: Intel (INTC) Needs to “Fix the Balance Sheet”—Altera Was “Driven to the Ground”

Intel needs to stop this BS coddling of unqualified people to try and make them leaders. Ever wonder how people you have worked with, and don’t do much or couldn’t do their job, somehow get put in a cushy BS job and then get promoted? Please stop this nonsense Intel and focus on merit and ability. Stop the coddling and favoritism for an agenda that is not in line with Intel’s success.

Imagine the many unqualified “leaders” Sandra helped groom and promote. HR so desperate for DEI stats … even seen them take a role and split into two roles and then hire two unqualified people vs just the right person for the original job.
