The way you treat store employees is unacceptable. We’re not your punching bags. Why are we constantly dealing with disrespect and impossible demands? Stop mistreating the people who keep your stores running. Treat employees right, and they’ll actually care about their work. Keep this up, and you’ll end up like Sears - just another failed retailer that forgot who made it successful.

Do you think corporate is all roses and candy? We have it just as rough as you do with constantly changing strategies, pressures for higher margin and lower inventory. What are your ideas to make it better with the resources you have- because that’s not going to change. Higher sales= more benefits for all. Until that happens, it’s all about cost savings.

... and stop threatening colleagues that they'll be replaced by colleagues from nearby closing locations. Threats don't work. Moral couldn't be lower. And the customers feel it. IMO
