This place getting toxic by the day. Leaders have no clue how to save the company other than multiple rounds of layoffs. Culture is getting toxic by the day.

So this new VP got a Dell award for "innovation" and he got to lead various teams to build his "idea" . But he could not get any customer to buy his product for 5 yrs. None of it sold. I mean none. After 5 yrs, they laid off every Pdm under him, Pgm, Engr, Marktg, you name it.Then Dell decided to move him to Edge AI , coz you know, it is Dell !!
So brace for more Layoffs and more Spin.
Michael Dell and his toxic leadership crew deserve everything that's coming to them. They wanted to get the power back and treated all their employees like trash pretty soon. They will find out that there are employees will really work for them and try to do a good job. Companies like that fail and deal with fail sooner rather than later. Their products are already horrible and now everything else is following along.
the worst are the directors who 'lead' the AE's most no nothing about servers or storage can only live and breathe in salesforce.
hold the VP and Sr. Dir accountable for their bad decisions. Dont move the same incompetent "leaders" to new AI teams and give them new teams.
"friendship " will not justify the losses these "leaders" cause to the business.

This has been the situation for all us L EMC folks since day 1 of the dell takeover.
1000% agree. It’s an absolutely terrible culture. Everyone is out for themselves. My favorite through is how MD wants us to all think about Dell and how we can impact it positively.
Yea. Ok
