The recruiter tells me most likely such position will be cancelled. All positions under that manager will be offshored.
That tells me significant changes are coming.

For the last two years internal positions in western countries are not for being filled. They are a tick box to dangle in front of people laid off, they need to show they gave you "chance" to look elsewhere internally.
Somehow it never works and isn't filled anyway.
HC is such a black box process that there's no point to look for sensible explanation of outcomes.
Poland, India, Mexico. Those are real positions.
