Wondering if being let go in one of the situations where its just 4 or 5 people from a team rather than the large 5% of the company layoff if severance is provided or if its just unemployment insurance one would receive. I suspect our team will be cut back soon due to workload changes.

One off LRs that are a handful of people is usually to make a budget look good or a PIP. Unfortunately they are usually a 3 mo severance. I’m sorry. It su-ks.
Not sure if they do or not. It seems if no fault of your own performance wise maybe.
