They are now confirming if you signed your Severance agreement. If you have, they will not add you to the Class Action.

I looked into this and legal assistant said they’re only accepting FORMER employees with specific funds:

We have resumed our search for a class representative in the class action lawsuit involving Dell. At this time, we are only looking for former employees who were invested in any of the following funds:
Emerging Markets
US Small/Mid Cap Equity Fund
2015 Fund
2025 Fund
2035 Fund
2045 Fund
2055 Fund
2065 Fund

It's weird how stock price seems to be at it's highest a month before most people's vesting dates in March. I've never worked anywhere else though so I don't know if this is a normal thing.
