Thread regarding Waters Corp. layoffs

They won’t be able to micromanage us through turbulent times

If the management style were one of leadership, vision, competence, and the ability to assemble strong teams and delegate tasks effectively - allowing people to play to their strengths - we might have a real chance of coming out on the brighter side.

Breathing down people’s necks, whether out of distrust or a lack of understanding of their roles, is not a winning strategy.

Don’t know where to begin. Completely agree with you. Seems like upper management is unleashing their consultant, narcissist cronies to do their dirty work. Leadership is useless at Waters, they have zero trust in their employees. It’s a sh-t show

Yes! It’s a horrible place to work.

These top dollar consultants the CEO has a fondness for are seagulls. Squawk for a French fry then fly away.

D-mb managers everywhere wrecking the company Jim waters founded.
