RNs (Registered Nurses) & their Union Local 7 were told via a Microsoft Teams meeting with management & HR that there will be a Reduction in Workforce for almost all Primary Care Nurse Clinics in Colorado. It is unclear how many RNs will be affected at this time.

That will mean fewer workers, increased stress, more mistakes, and, overall, a more hazardous environment for Kaiser patients. Not to mention the laid-off employees will lose their health care until employed again.
In march 2025 Kaiser already laid off xray techs and closed down 13 xray locations.
Front Desk workers getting affected also. 40 people received an email that their job will not be around in July. Kaiser is only creating 4 jobs for float pool.
Any more layoffs?
They have laid off 14 Social Workers.
