I’ve had enough of the farce TCS puts on every day. They love parading around their so-called “corporate awards,” conveniently handed out by obscure organizations no one has ever heard of—because, surprise, they’re bought and paid for. These meaningless trophies are just window dressing for a company that’s mastered the art of deception.
TCS crafts a PR fantasy where they’re the gold standard of responsible employment and ethical corporate behavior. In reality? They’ve perfected one thing: grinding their employees into the ground. Long hours, zero work-life balance, no raises or bonuses and a culture where you’re expected to show gratitude for being overworked simply because they sponsor your H1-B or L1 visa.
Calling this place a sweatshop would be far too generous. It’s exploitation, plain and simple—wrapped in press releases and fake accolades. Hopefully, more people find the courage to speak out and expose the truth about this so-called “model employer” for what it really is: a well-marketed machine of modern-day servitude.
