Re-org(s) still in flux. Will I or will I not still be here?
Upper management bonus’s at risk. Will they or will they not layoff to recoup the bonus?
China tariff’s in play. Will we pull out of China altogether or risk staying?
They came out with a press release to hire more FTE but a recession is on the horizon. Will they or will they not hire more FTE’s.
All of this is in the back of everyone’s mind and it all remains quite as everyone thinks it all over.

For sure they have to hire more FTE and layoff all employees who are here more that 10years and just doing copy paste work and do only politics and tries even pull down the entire organization to win their politics. 70% tech directors are d-mbs here without basics and my director hire around 30 contractors without any plan and every one just come and go.
