She is straight to the point, and did return early from her sabbatical during the layoffs which was fantastic to see. She does not hide, answers the hard questions and is the sole executive (besides Naga) that communicates continuously to the bottom of the org the harsh realities we are in. I think she is far better than anyone we have had in that role for the last 8 years. She is positive, upbeat, but a realist and admits the many mistakes we have made. I imagine whoever is next can only be worse and I think she deserves 18 months minimum to prove herself. Panther Lake and Nova lake should be enough to make that determination.

There was a reason why she got CEO title for her resume, an extra $1.5M bonus, and a large revised comp package that will get bought out... it's called a golden parachute.

She is from SMG, don’t think she has proper skills to be CEO and even a vision for that… she should move back to where she belong…I hope LBT realizes that and make this decision soon…
