IT department is a mess. Many incompetent leaders, tech lagging behind, lack of vision. They fired several VPs and Dir level within the past few months. Several with no plans to backfill. They moved a whole new "strategy" team into the department, then canned Inna the VP that MM himself hired. Then- no joke, they are rehiring a director back to that team after they fired her a couple months ago.

If you are talking about RN being rehired after they fired her, that's in IT but it's the transition team not strategy. But agree, it's not a good look for leadership.
